I never look at my channel comments so I did not see your ? about baby ducks swimming. They can swim very well, but you have to watch them when they are so little because they can get waterlogged. They have an oil gland at the top of their tail feathers that takes a while to produce the oil that coats their feathers. They reach their heads back when preening and rub the oil gland with their beak and head. Then they spread the oil over their other feathers. That keeps them from getting soggy. I am sure now at a month old your duck is floating very well.
